Meet Our Instructors

Abbi Atteberry
Owner, Dance Instructor
Abbi Atteberry is the owner and a dance instructor at Leap of Faith Dance Studio, with more than two decades of dance experience.
Prior to opening Leap of Faith, she choreographed for many school musicals, including Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “Cinderella”, “The Wizard of Oz”, “Guys and Dolls”, “Elf Jr.”, and “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown”.
Now, Jesus has blessed her with the opportunity to choreograph and teach dance every day, and she’s eternally grateful!

Eliza Coffee
Ballet Instructor
Eliza Coffee is a junior at Eminence High School and has been dancing for 14 years, gaining experience in ballet, pointe, lyrical, modern, jazz, African diaspora, and tap.
She has trained at Governor’s School for the Arts, Ohio Dance Master’s Convention, and MAGIC (Making Art Grow in Children) Dance Company. Eliza competed at the national level for 4 years.
We are so blessed and very excited to have her as our head ballet instructor at Leap of Faith!

Karissa Atteberry
Dance Instructor
Karissa Atteberry is one of our 2/3 year old instructors, and a very passionate one, having danced since she herself was two years old.
Karissa spent the last year and a half riding and dancing full-time at the Dolly Parton Stampede Dinner Show in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. She still performs there part-time, but while she is home, she loves working with her “Little Lights” classes.
We are very lucky to have her as a member of our team!

Leap of Faith Team
Dance Studio
Our passionate team is dedicated to inspiring and supporting every dancer’s journey. At Leap of Faith, we believe that dance is as much a discipline as it is good, clean fun.
We aspire to teach students to use their bodies to make art, express emotion, and challenge themselves physically–all in a way that would honor our Lord.
